CONTABILIZEI

 

While working as a Senior Copywriter at F.biz agency, I was responsible for creating the creative concept and all the creative assets for Contabilizei, the largest online accounting startup in Brazil. After the delivery, the Growth Director asked me if I would like to work with him and be responsible for creating and managing the advertising department (In-house Agency) at Contabilizei as a Junior Product Manager, thus beginning my journey as a manager.

In the beginning, we were a team of 4 people: myself, a designer, a social media specialist, and a motion graphics artist. Our deliverables included eCRM, landing pages, SEM, online and offline advertising, quality assurance, special projects and social media, internal marketing, and research. Under my leadership and with the implementation of Lean-Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum, by the end of one year, we grew to a team of approximately 10 people, including a project manager, brand manager, and creative pairs.

  • Creation and management of the company's first in-house agency;

  • Research, define, and create product briefings, replicating knowledge about the business, market, and target audience;

  • Management of the product lifecycle, from the inception/discovery phase to the delivery/launch;

  • Control of the product's success indicators, its performance in the company's results, the outcomes from the client's perspective, adapting plans for strategy execution;

  • Consistent plan for achieving goals and generating new innovation opportunities.

 

RESULTS

  • Reactivation of the YouTube channel with weekly content production, growing from 90 subscribers to 500 monthly subscribers, and increasing from 3,447 views to 47,518 monthly views.

  • Increased market share in key cities, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, as well as in cities where the brand was not yet present, such as Belo Horizonte and Fortaleza. This resulted in a growth of our customer base from 30,000 to over 50,000 clients.

  • Growth in the average ticket value of our customer base through the creation of new products and services: Contabilizei Expert, Contabilizei APP, physical point of sale in shopping malls, university plans, and the establishment of Contabilizei Bank.

  • Investments in media increased from hundreds to millions, allowing us, for the first time, to promote advertising campaigns in movie theaters, cable and open channels (e.g., Globo News), airports, radio stations and podcasts.

In addition to my experience working with private sector clients, I also have a long history of working with political campaigns. Starting as a campaign writer in 2005, and 18 years later, as a campaign manager, leading a team composed of journalists, editors, producers, radio broadcasters, reporters, photographers, TV directors, social media managers, and campaign workers.
